Hey there, I'm Jess.
I've been focused on the UX of AI for the past twelve years or so.
I started at Google in the Research & Machine Intelligence division and later was a co-founder of the People + AI Research (PAIR) group. After Google, I led UX research for Generative AI and Responsible AI at Meta.
Now I'm at Microsoft, leading UX research for the Microsoft AI team.
I like to think, talk, and make little experiments about:
